 It's very simple. Basically there are two possibilities; registered users and non registered users. In both cases you can freely purchase what you want, when you've finished buying, click the “order” button in what we call the “shopping basket” page. At this point, if you're registered you insert your user name (User ID) and password, so that you can avoid filling in the subsequent questionnaire. If you're not registered then click on the new client page and fill in the form. In both cases you must click on the “order” button at the end of the questionnaire page.
The system shows you a summary of your order including transport charges. If you've already purchased from us and accumulated discount points then you'll be asked if you want to use them. Tick to accept the privacy clause and then click on “send order” button. You'll receive an order confirmation via e-mail and then you can just sit back and wait for your order to arrive.
Naso&Gola's on-line purchasing system works using cookies (small files created by the browser which contain information about products purchased, info, etc.), therefore the browser must be set to accept cookies (cookies are accepted by default on browser installation).
