FOR PERFECT COOKING ONE RECOMMENDS
Use plenty of water, then add salt and pour in the noodles only when the water is bolling properly. When they have softened stir carefully.
The cooking time is over when the noodles rise the surface.
Place the noodles in a large plate and leave to evaporate for a moment before adding plenty of meat sauce. For optimum result, cook carefully until desired consistency is achieved.
